Who we are
Our belief is that SEN children and young people are capable of making progress and achieving success if the right understanding, support and expectations are in place. It is not something we should have to fight for but sadly we do and we want to try and assist in taking and sharing the strain of that.
We offer as much assistance as you need. Whether that be providing advise, issuing a letter, support with an EHC Needs Assessment request or running a SEND Tribunal. The choice is yours. Complaints
We hope that all of our clients are satisfied with the Service that the receive however if you do need to make a complaint a full copy of our complaints procedure can be provided upon request either by email senteam@cla.sensupportsolicitors.co.uk or phone on 01606 254 044. You would need to make your complaint in writing to senteam@cla.sensupportsolicitors.co.uk or SEN Support Solicitors, Civil Legal Advice, Unit 3 Brickfield Business Centre, 60 Manchester Road, Northwich CW9 7LS and this will be passed to the correct supervisor to deal with the complaint.
An acknowledgement will be provided within 5 business days and a full response will be provided within a further 5 business days where possible. We may need to request more time depending on the nature of the complaint.
If you are not satisfied with the response to the complaint you should confirm the reasons why in writing which with then be reconsidered, by a different member of management and a further responses provided within 14 working days.
Once the complaints process has been exhausted, if you are still not satisfied then you have the option to make your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman and details of how to do that can be found on their website: www.legalombudsman.org.uk
